Orders within Israel are expected to arrive after the processing period. Please note that products are shipped from our overseas warehouses. Due to the current security situation, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Limitations of Liability

Aurex Fit is not responsible for any act or omission of the shipping company. No compensation will be provided in cases of delays caused by the shipping provider. Delivery Requirements

Products may be delivered only upon presentation of the customer’s identification and the order confirmation number. The site operator reserves the sole and absolute discretion to request additional identification as a condition for releasing the items.

Non-Refundable Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipment from us, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs as well as the cost of returning the package to us. These amounts will be deducted from any refund issued.

The use of correct street names, building numbers, apartment numbers, and route information is critical. Tracking & Overseas Shipping

All Aurex Fit products are shipped from our overseas warehouses; therefore, shipping delays may occur depending on the international carriers. Please contact us if you have not received an update indicating that your package has arrived in Israel after a reasonable period from receiving your tracking number, and we will investigate the matter thoroughly.
