In the event of a clear clerical error (e.g., a price listed in cents instead of dollars), the company is not obligated to fulfill the order at the mistaken price.

Shipping & Delivery

Products will be delivered to the address provided during checkout within 5–20 business days.

Aurex Fit is not responsible for delays caused by "Force Majeure" or events beyond our control (customs delays, strikes, etc.).

Returns & Cancellations

Cancellation: To cancel a transaction, contact us at fitaurex@gmail.com. Cancellations are only valid once confirmed by the company via email.

Conditions: Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase, in the original packaging, and with the original invoice.

Costs: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective upon arrival.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, minus shipping and transaction fees as per the Consumer Protection Regulations (2010).

 Warranty & Liability

Aurex Fit acts as a retailer, not a manufacturer. While we strive for accuracy, manufacturers may change product information.

The warranty covers material defects in the product for 14 days from the date of purchase.

The site is provided "As-Is." Aurex Fit is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the site or products sold, except as required by law.

Limitation of Claims
